Planning Budget £ 500,000 Residential The scheme aims to add a small mansard-style extension to the elaborate roof of a late Victorian/early Edwardian public house in Lewisham. The upper floors are to be converted into 3 residential units whilst a fourth is created by an extension. Material-wise, the proposal shows itself as dark slate cladding to complement the traditional roofing material and creates the effect of a 'melting down' from stair core to new entry space: a dramatic and uplifting entrance. Granted planning permission April 2013.
