LHC Framework

Inter Urban Studios has recently been appointed to the community and educational section of the London-wide LHC framework which is a diverse network of SME practices that local authorities can draw upon for highest quality architectural services. The LHC ADS Framework are for schools, community centres, and cultural work valued up to £5m. We have been pre-qualified for these project types and this releases the council from embarking on the time-consuming procurement process as we can be directly awarded, or through a micro competition. We have been awarded a contract through this framework for Hillingdon Council on behalf of the Scouts, and have recently secured planning for a series of Scout centres across the council.
