Completed Contract Value: £2,000,000 Residential new build Inter Urban Studios were brought into the project for their architectural knowledge and expert advice to complete the construction of a partially built new house following the termination of the previous contractors. We identified the pre-existing issues on site and brainstormed a series of solutions to resolve the problems as well as ensuring the building was compliant with building regulations. We took over every design decision and detail ranging from the staircase, lighting scheme, balustrade, finishes, and handrails, to name a few. The whole journey was a model of teamwork collaboration together with the client, CA, contractor, and sub-contractors where communication was key to achieving the optimal result. The pre-existing issues were ironed out and we were able to deliver an outstanding, high quality and beautiful home for the client.
