On-site, completion 2017 Budget £ 500,000 House conversion This scheme to re-configure a large Victorian house creates 5 flats for two brothers, who wish to dwell there, but also provide accommodation for their ageing parents. A substantial double-height rear extension is proposed which takes its sculptural form from the planning requirements to prevent overshadowing. In addition, cutting away at the bronze-clad extension allows for a larger extension and a dynamic structure that enlivens the rear of the house whilst complementing the original building mass.
